Cookie statement
Marketing statistics: we count pageviews, video starts and playbacks reaching the end, by page language. To estimate daily unique visitors we temporarily process the IP address into a hashed identifier using a random daily key; the IP address itself is not stored for this measurement. Identifiers and keys from previous days are deleted during daily cleanup. Only daily totals are retained for up to 400 days. No cookies, browser ID or account linking. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected.
This website and the app set no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. The website loads no scripts, fonts or videos from third parties: everything comes from our own server. A cookie banner is therefore not needed. A few app features load external content only when you use them (a YouTube video through youtube-nocookie.com, looking up an address through Digitaal Vlaanderen or OpenStreetMap).
Website: no cookies. When you arrive through a campaign link (utm parameters), we keep those parameters in your browser's sessionStorage (first-party, for this visit only, cleared when the tab closes). They are passed on with a signup, so we know which campaign led to it. No profile of you is built.
App: functional storage only. A session cookie keeps you signed in (httpOnly, up to 30 days), a device cookie recognises a browser you already signed in with (protection against password guessing, 180 days), a screen cookie pairs a Live Center screen. Language, display and your last chosen club, team and season are kept in localStorage. CSRF protection uses the Origin header, without a cookie.
The contact form sends your message by e-mail to our support mailbox. We do not store it in a database; the e-mail stays in the mailbox as long as needed to handle your question.
Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Club plans are agreements between businesses and associations; the right of withdrawal does not apply to them. Solo Trainer can also be taken out as a consumer.
The free trial commits you to nothing: a trial ends by itself and nothing is invoiced; a club only chooses after its trial whether to continue. If you then order a paid Solo Trainer subscription as a consumer, you can withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of the order without giving a reason.
If you expressly ask at the order for the service to start immediately, withdrawing means you pay an amount in proportion to what has been provided up to the withdrawal. Once the service has been fully performed within those 14 days, the right of withdrawal is lost.
To withdraw, send an unequivocal statement through the contact form or by e-mail; you may use the model form below. Anything you already paid is refunded by bank transfer within 14 days of receipt.
